Live broadcast on May 5th Barkley talked about Jordan’s help when he was a guest podcasting program recently. Barkley said Jordan’s suggestion made him earn 10 times the original cost.
“Joe Dan and I both signed a contract with Nike, and he gave me good advice. He told me, why do you need so much money? Let me see your contract. Your fee is 3 million, right? I told Nike that you only need 1 million, and the remaining 2 million is changed into stock.
“My team and I have summed up and think it is feasible. I thought to myself, he is the greatest basketball player in history. Let’s do this. I have earned about 10 times as much money as the cost, and I still have cooperation with Nike.” Barkley said.
