Zeng Hongtao told the reporter that on the road of pursuing the Championship, the coaching staff had only 7 days off 365 days a year, while the team members had more than 1600 hours of training in the whole year on the premise of ensuring their studies. After the daily training, the coach will accompany the team members for additional individual training. Zeng Hongtao pointed out: “Such diligent training makes the team have a good physical reserve and enables us to efficiently implement the tactical deployment of the coach in high-intensity competitions.
