In the future, the club will spare no effort to provide overseas high-level training opportunities for more young players, and at the same time build a wider platform for industry learning and communication channels.
[Summary and feelings]]
Coach Kripa: This trip is a very meaningful thing for the team. We got precious opportunities to compete with teams of the same age group at a high level in the world, which proved the content of usual training through the competition. At present, a big problem in Chinese youth basketball is the lack of high-level competition experience. Chinese children’s talents and football merchants are not bad. Through this competition, we can see that more gaps are in competition experience, including spot judgment, choice of attack and defense, intentional foul, etc. I believe that the players can also see the gap between themselves and high-level athletes, and can have a clearer understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of individuals, which is conducive to better progress. In addition to competition experience, we must also pay more attention to team selection. In addition to the static and dynamic talent, we will also pay attention to the players’ will quality, the style of the field and the field, and whether they have the ability to positively promote a team. These are all very important abilities, even more important than basketball skills.
Assistant coach JELLEND: Before coming to China, my Chinese friends told me a lot about Chinese people: hardworking, hardworking, brave, etc. After coming to China, I found that Chinese players, especially young players, are very hard-working, but they are much worse than Serbia in terms of competitiveness. Basketball is a competitive event, and competitive sports are cruel. In this match between Serbia and Vizura in dynamic, we did not compare the variance with each other in terms of body and technology, or even better. The reason for losing was that the players were not eager for victory and were not competitive enough. In the following competitions, we will gradually improve our competition awareness through more competitions.
U15 player Wang Yuehan: during this trip to Serbia, we realized the gap between ourselves and foreign players, and saw the smooth offensive and defensive conversion and strict tactical literacy of European basketball, we also see our technological gap. In the future, we need to train more seriously and narrow the gap. Finally, I would like to thank the club for giving us this opportunity to exercise, let us realize our own shortcomings and see the outside world. In the future, I will definitely train hard and win honor for the club.
U15 player Bai Chengjun: Through this Serbian training, we have made great progress and improvement in both training and competition, and the tacit understanding of the team and personal ability have also been improved. I felt a lot about going out this time, realizing my own shortcomings and the gap with others. After coming back, I will train well, try my best to improve, and continue to cheer!
