Riley said: “We will not take destructive changes to this team. Good time will come and it will go. Hard Times Come and hard times will pass. We will not take destructive measures against a good team that has experienced some real adversity this year. We have an excellent team, probably a great team.
“If we were not an excellent team, we would not have achieved today. We may do something that can help you finish the last step. If possible and there is a chance, we will not set you back as you move forward. Our season has just ended, and I am studying in depth to prepare for the draft on Thursday night, and then next week’s free agent.
“Perseverance has always been a part of our life, and patience is the last thing that comes with it. We will show some patience here, instead of responding without knowing what will happen if we do something.”
