Live Bar, June 23 news Rockets selected Amen-Thompson with signature 4 at today’s draft conference. Amen-Thompson was then interviewed by the media.
When asked how to influence the Rockets as a leader, Amen-Thompson said: “I think I have become an outspoken leader, but first I set an example, I think I can bring it (leadership temperament) to Houston. I think Houston has many players with unlimited potential and their future is amazing.”
When asked how to view the backcourt combination between ourselves and Jay Green, Amen Thompson replied, “We are all very athletic defenders. We can push the rhythm and speed, they are all ball players. I like to cooperate with as many teammates as possible in the team. Our team currently has these conditions.”
