Live Bar, June 23 -at the NBA draft conference in 2023, the piston selected OTE-Thompson with the 5th sign. His twin brother Amen-was selected by the rocket in the 4th place of Thompson.
Osar Thompson talked about his feelings about joining the piston in an interview: “I am super excited to be selected by the piston, and I am very happy to be a member of the team. I think there is a connection between me and the piston. We have a chemical reaction. I like what they say and how they are going as a team. I think Detroit is a perfect place for me.”
When it comes to living separately from his brother, Osar Thompson said: “I think we will adapt. It may be a little difficult, but I think he will be fine. I know I will be fine too. I will video chat with him.”
