For the sake of serious league discipline, according to the provisions of Article 48 and Article 23 of Chapter II of “Chinese men’s basketball professional league discipline standards” (hereinafter referred to as “discipline standards”), lou Ming, an investor of Zhejiang Guangsha club who once again violated the rules of the league this season, was punished with 5 games suspension and a fine of RMB 100000 (and was not allowed to appear in any CBA Arena during the competition, including the infield, stands, rostrum, etc.), since the Zhejiang dongsunshine team has all ended this season, the suspension of Lou Ming will be postponed to the regular season next season.
The payment of fines shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of chapter 1 of the disciplinary standards.
